Between:
(1) SOLO SOLE S.R.L., with registered office at Via Sabotino 45, 000195, ROMA (RM), Italia,, VAT number 17705901001 (“Restaurant Owner”);
and
(2) the user registered on the website www.mimiecoco.com (“User”),
the following is agreed and stipulated:
1. PURPOSE
1.1. These Terms govern the procedures for booking a table online at the restaurant managed by the Restaurant Owner, through the platform accessible at www.mimiecoco.com.
1.2. The User may make a reservation by selecting the date, time slot, number of guests, and confirming payment of a symbolic amount (“Deposit”).
2. RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT
2.1. To confirm the reservation, the User must pay a Deposit of €10.00 (ten/00) per reservation request, using the available electronic payment methods.
2.2. Payment of the Deposit constitutes a binding commitment by the User to show up on the selected date and time.
3. PUNCTUALITY AND LATE ARRIVALS
3.1. The User must arrive within 15 (fifteen) minutes after the scheduled reservation time.
3.2. After this period, the Restaurant Owner no longer guarantees the reserved table and may, at their sole discretion, assign it to other customers based on restaurant attendance at that time.
4. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
4.1. The User may cancel the booking up to 8 hours before the scheduled time in order to request a full refund of the Deposit.
4.2. In case of late cancellation (within the 8 hours prior) or no-show, the Deposit will not be refunded.
5. LIABILITY
5.1. The Restaurant Owner shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from delays, schedule changes, reservation errors, or service interruptions due to force majeure.
5.2. The User hereby waives any claim, action, or dispute—judicial or extrajudicial—related to the execution of the reservation.
6. Validity and Exclusivity of Reservations
6.1 Reservations made through the official website mimiecoco.com are the sole valid and recognized channel of Restaurant Owner (hereinafter “the Company”) for booking tables at its restaurants.

7. Personal Nature and Non-Transferability
7.1 Each reservation is strictly personal, nominative, and non-transferable to third parties, whether free of charge or for consideration. It is expressly prohibited for third parties, not expressly authorized by the Company, to make reservations on behalf of others, to broker, resell, or distribute reservations.
8. No Relationship with Third Parties
8.1 The Company does not acknowledge or guarantee in any way any reservations made through platforms, websites, or intermediaries not officially authorized. Any communication, confirmation, or booking document issued by third parties is null and void and does not constitute a valid entitlement to access the Company’s restaurants.
9. Legal Protection
9.1 The Company reserves the right to take all legal action, both civil and criminal, against individuals or entities engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities that damage the Company’s brand, image, or rights.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1. These Terms are governed by Italian law.
10.2. Any dispute concerning the interpretation, validity, or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.2. The Restaurant Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, by providing notice to the User through publication on the website.
